CASWC stands as a beacon of strength, resilience, and solidarity, working to challenge stigma, promote justice, and advocate for policies that ensure safety, dignity, and equal opportunities for all service workers.
Through collective action, education, and community support, we strive to create a future where every service worker is empowered, respected, and protected. Whether you're looking for resources, seeking community, or wanting to support our mission, you are in the right place.

Services

Advocacy
We amplify the voices of sex workers by championing their rights, promoting legal protections, and challenging stigma and discrimination. Through public awareness campaigns, media engagement, and strategic partnerships, we work to ensure that sex workers are seen, heard, and respected.

Network Building
We foster connections between sex worker-led organizations, allies, and stakeholders across the Caribbean. By strengthening networks, we create opportunities for collaboration, resource sharing, and mutual support, empowering sex workers to take charge of their futures.

Policy reform
Our goal is to influence and shape policies that protect sex workers' rights and enhance their access to justice. We engage with policymakers, legal experts, and human rights organizations to advocate for progressive laws and frameworks that decriminalize sex work and ensure equitable treatment.

Health and Care
We prioritize the health and well-being of sex workers by advocating for access to comprehensive healthcare services, including HIV/STI testing, treatment, mental health support, and harm reduction programs. Our initiatives work to bridge gaps in healthcare accessibility and promote sex worker-friendly services throughout the region.
